Fisherman’s Paradise Reservoir Safety Upgrades

Australian Reservoir Services successfully completed the upgrade of Fisherman’s Paradise Reservoir for Shoalhaven City Council consisting of recoating the internal and external surfaces, as well as providing new internal access in compliance with AS1657. The reservoir is a mild steel tank with a nominated capacity of 4ML, a diameter of 27m and 7m high. This project allowed Australian Reservoir Services to implement mobile scaffolding equipment for external coatings in order to provide a cost-effective solution to Shoalhaven City Council with no impact on the environment and surroundings.

Reservoir staircase replacement

Green Point Reservoir Staircase Replacement and External Coatings

Australian Reservoir Services successfully completed the upgrade of Green Point Reservoir for Central Coast City Council consisting of removal and replacement of the access staircase in compliance with AS 1657 and external coatings. The reservoir is a mild steel tank with a nominated capacity of 9.1ML, a diameter of 27.43m and 15m high. This project allowed Australian Reservoir Services to implement mobile scaffolding equipment for external coatings in order to provide a cost-effective solution to Central Coast Council.

Australian Reservoir Services has completed several jobs for the Central Coast Council, including the East Gosford and Avoca Beach Reservoirs Upgrade.

Pine Street Reservoirs Recoating

Australian Reservoir Services successfully completed the external recoating of the Pine Street Reservoirs for Hay Shire Council consisting of high-pressure water washing, surface repairs, and external coatings. The reservoirs are two mild steel tanks located at the South end of Pine Street in Hay, New South Wales, with a nominated capacity of 2.3 and 5.9ML, a diameter of 11.5m and 18m, and heights of 24.75m and 30m. Due to the height of the assets, the project required the use of special high access equipment, which ARS proudly owns.

This project was completed in a relatively quick timeframe in order to ensure minimal impact on the community. ARS worked efficiently and with the highest safety standards supported by the team experience and skills with protective coatings for water reservoirs.

Shaft Street Reservoirs Upgrade

Australian Reservoir Services successfully completed the upgrade of the two reservoirs consisting of roof sheeting replacement, internal and external coatings, chlorination building, access staircase and ladder replacement in compliance with AS 1657.
